Management Representative: Managing director of T.A.P has introduced the head of Technology & Development Division as his plenipotentiary representative for quality relevant affairs.
Auditor: A person who audit system conformity with the standard requirements after passing auditing training courses.
Audit: An independent systematic and documented process to find records, self-declarations or other data relevant to policies, executive systems and referencing requirements. This process is performed for conformity of system with the standard requirements.

- Internal auditing which sometimes is called first party auditing is performed by or for the firm to meet internal goals and can be a basis
for self-declaration of the firm for conformity.
- External auditing generally covers what is called as second party or third party auditing.
- Second party auditing is performed by the concerned parties to the firm such as customers or their represented people.
- Third party auditing is performed by independent external organizations.
These organizations register system conformity with standard requirements such as Iranian standards- ISO 9001 and Iranian standards-ISO 14001 .

Management Quality System (MQS): Representative of quality management in the division.
Cross Functional Management (CFM): A committee consisted of managing director, coordination secretary of Technical Studies Center, coordination secretary of Supervision Center, logistics director, quality affairs management’s representative and managing director advisors. With approval of the mentioned persons, the committee is responsible for development, maintenance and promotion of quality management system, aiming towards higher additive value for the firm through management review process and submission of quality management system action reports.

Human Resources Management (HRM): A committee with responsibility for human resources management including processes relevant to employment and resignation.

A paperless office is a work environment in which the use of paper is eliminated or greatly reduced. It is argued that “going paperless” can save money, boost productivity, save space, make electronic documentation and information sharing easier and minimize environmental damage. The concept can be extended to communications outside the office.

The technologies that may be used with Enterprise Forms Automation include -
